Project included a 24 fueling position canopy, 4,900 SF convenience store on a busy intersection of a State Road and a County collector road, a low flow drip irrigation sanitary sewer system, a public water supply well, and improvements to the adjacent roads to allow for turn lanes into the site. A zoning change was completed to change the agricultural zoning classification to one that allowed for this use.
