Florida Presbyterian Homes

We prepared the civil plans for a very small site with significant limitations that included a storm water vault surrounded by buildings, an eight foot elevation change across the site, road improvements to widen and realign public road system, reroute public sewer system, add storm water collection system to the public road system, and provide groundwater collection system to a structure that is built into the site of the slope.  The three story facility included a pedestrian drop off area off of the street, a “garden” area over the vault, and retaining walls to control the grade differential.   Additional grading and drainage improvements were performed for other areas near this ALF installation.
