Project included a 24 fueling position canopy, 4,900 SF convenience store on a busy intersection of a State Road and the entrance to a large subdivision, a turn lane from a State Road onto the site, enhanced landscaping to meet the subdivision requirements, storm water outfall to a wetland, and modification of the existing access road to the subdivisions to allow for future connection to other commercial parcels.
