Boggs Engineering professionals can provide you with potential construction, permitting, and financial requirements for a potential project for you to make the determination if it a project that you want to pursue.  We contact the jurisdictional agencies, review the development codes applicable to your project, assemble the required permits, determine any required zoning issues, identify any obvious variances that are required, assemble the permitting and impact fees required, develop an estimated timeline for the project, etc. in order to prepare a document that you can use in the evaluation of a potential project.  Our scope can be modified to your requirements and we would be happy to provide you with our typical template or we can use one specific to your needs.
